 Cheri Dixon is the owner of Cheri Dixon Consulting LLC, which she started after leaving a 28-year career in public education.  Cheri lives in Houston, Texas, transitioning there from a small town in Iowa after college.  Cheri loved the work she did with turnaround schools and continues to take that work into the business world, helping businesses scale their organizations to the next level.  In addition, Cheri believes that the leader is crucial to any organization’s and supports leaders to develop their skills to strive for excellence in this global society.  Cheri is an international best-selling author, podcast host, and has an award-winning online talk show.  When she is not working on building her business, she loves spending time with her daughter, her chocolate lab-pitbull Oakley, and running as she prepares for her yearly half marathon! 

Cynthia Hall-McFarlane received her bachelor's degree in criminal justice and Sociology from Northwestern State University in 2005. She received her master's degree in social work From Louisiana State University in 2020. Cynthia has been working in the field of

mental health since 2000. Cynthia has three children, ages 25, 22, and 20. Cynthia lives in Rosharon, Texas transitioning from her hometown of Pineville, LA. Over the past twenty plus years Cynthia has enjoyed working youth at-risk youth, helping them work through adversity and many mental health challenges. Cynthia believes that investing in the lives of youth is very important. Cynthia believes that providing resources and helping youth navigate through life is what will help shape the youth of today into strong self-sufficient adults in the future

providing consulting services to pre-venture and start-up businesses as well as teaching them through business planning courses.

She is a Certified 21st century women in leadership specialist and also a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and a business professional with over a decade experience in banking and finance.

She is a first generation African Immigrant mom, who has earned a reliable reputation providing real-time results for women in business to thrive and build wealth.

Christian A. king Jr. Holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Stella Maris University. Renowned for his proficiency in creating and managing efficient development in Building construction With an impressive professional background, christian has honed his expertise in setting up Continuous Integration (Cl), Continuous Delivery CD), and Continuous Deployment frameworks, primarily using Jenkins. His work has significantly revolved around developing robust Building codes and construction technology as well as infrastructure. Christian is also the Co-Founder of Hope For The Future Generation (HOFFGEN) which started in 2014 in paynesville, Montserrado County, Liberia. 

Christian love for giving back to society just did not start by helping his sister in the founding of HOFFGEN, but has played serious roles including student coordinator, and focus person on student recruitment and procurement. Christian is a member of the world's largest service organization Lions Club International where he currently serves as a Service Chair in Zone 343 in the Paynesville Orient Lions Club. Christian also serves as Parliamentarian of the Sons Of Allen of the Eliza Turner AME Church on 34th Camp Johnson Road, Liberia. The Sons of Allen is the Mens Department that focuses on the well-being of members, primarily responsible for seeking the well-being of the church and society.. Christian is currently a member of the Sons of Allen Committee of Scholarship which provides educational support to less fortunate members.

Chrisdolph Carter is a junior student at the University of Liberia, majoring in Geology. Chrisdolph lives in West Africa, Liberia. Chrisdolph has been serving with Hope for the Future Generation since 2022. Despite Chrisdolph  academic pursuits, she holds a certificate in cosmetology and is deeply passionate about helping youth and children develop their skills in cosmetology while guiding them to make the right choices. Chrisdolph is dedicated to empowering young individuals to explore their potential in the field of cosmetology and fashion design and making informed decisions about their future careers.
